What is PS wall panel?
 

PS wallboard is a common plastic sheet, also known as polystyrene sheet, which is made of polystyrene resin through extrusion, injection molding or foaming.

1. Transfer film on the surface

 A good transfer film is easier to adhere to the surface of the product, and is less likely to have problems such as missing prints and de-printing; secondly, a good film has more vivid colors (take the gold line in the picture as an example) and clearer textures.
 

 

2.Crust layer

The quality of the crust determines the smoothness of the surface color layer. The better the crust, the smoother and even glossier the product surface, and the better the appearance and touch of the final product.

3.Core materials

Core materials can be roughly divided into:
Big white, medium white, tea material, and miscellaneous materials. The whiter the color, the higher the purity and the less impurities it contains. The darker the color, the more impurities it contains.

Our black base material is a pigment added to the white material, not miscellaneous materials. The white component is also the most expensive. At present, all the raw materials we use are medium white or better. The quality of raw materials is different, and the price varies a lot. Good core materials make the product more tough and not easy to crack. The product is stable and not easy to deform. The surface is brighter and the product color is more gorgeous. On the contrary, the more complex the raw materials, the more likely it is to have after-sales problems such as cracking, breakage, inability to nail, and easy deformation.
